EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness | Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. 

 1. Appointments & Booking 

• All treatments are available by appointment only, preferably via our official website.

• A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received.

• EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel an appointment in case of safety, health concerns, or inappropriate behavior. 

2.Payment Policy

• All new and returning clients must pay in advance when booking an appointment through the official website.

• VIP Exception: Exceptions to the advance payment requirement apply exclusively to pre-approved VIP members or established accounts, subject to prior  arrangement with EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness.

• Alternative Bookings: Bookings via social media or email are generally not accepted and are reserved strictly for exceptional cases. If a manual booking is made through an alternative channel, a payment link will be sent with a strict 2-hour window for completion. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically canceled. This applies to all services including Wellness Packages.



• If advance payment is required and not received, the appointment is not confirmed.

3. GiftCard Policy

• Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any remaining balance is automatically forfeited.

• Gift cards can only be purchased in-practice. Online gift card sales are not available.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

• Each gift card is valid for services only and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

• The physical gift card must be presented at the appointment in order to redeem its value.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, reissued, or honored without proof of purchase and a valid card code.

• Gift cards may not be used for gratuities unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

• Appointments booked using a gift card must follow all standard cancellation policies.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full deduction from the card balance.

• EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to decline a gift card that appears altered, damaged, or fraudulent.

• Gift cards can be transferred to another person (your choice).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

To respect both the therapist’s time and other clients: 

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment → 100% refund. 

• Cancellations made between 24 and12 hours before the appointment → 50% refund. •

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment → no refund. 

• No-shows are fully charged and not refunded. 

• If EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or new appointment option. 

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer 

EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness is not a medical or healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. 

All services offered are strictly therapeutic, relaxing, or wellness-based. 

Clients must inform the therapist of: 

• Allergies 

• Injuries 

• Chronic pain 

• Recent surgeries 

• Neurological or cardiovascular conditions 

• Medication use 

• Any other relevant health information 

EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness may decline or postpone treatment and/or refer the client to a doctor or specialist if necessary. 

Massage treatments at EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness are not covered by Dutch health insurance. 

6. Hygiene & Safety 

• Clean linens, towels, and equipment are used for each session. 

• Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene before their appointment. 

• Sick clients (fever, flu, contagious illness) must reschedule. 

7. Professional Boundaries 

• All treatments are strictly non-sexual. 

• Any inappropriate behavior or remarks will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and refusal of future bookings. 

8. Late Arrival 

• Sessions end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments. 

• Late arrival may shorten the treatment time without price reduction. 

9. Liability 

• Clients are responsible for securing their own personal belongings. EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness is not liable for loss or damage of personal items, except in cases of proven negligence.

• The client is responsible for providing accurate health information. 

• EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness is not liable for injuries that occur due to withheld information or failure to follow aftercare advice. 

10. Privacy 

• All personal information is handled according to the EL.C.VE Massage Therapy & Wellness Privacy Policy. 

• Your data will never be shared with third parties without consent.
